Your own ChatGPT or Astruct credits

Astruct is priced per project per month, with unlimited users, plus credits for AI use. The AI work itself is paid for in one of two ways. You choose in Settings > Model account, and you can change at any time.

Use your own ChatGPT account

The cheaper option. If you have ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise, Astruct’s chat can run on your ChatGPT plan instead of on credits.

• Tick I understand, then choose Connect ChatGPT.
• The chat shows a one-time code from OpenAI. Open OpenAI’s page, sign in and enter the code. If ChatGPT asks, turn on device code sign-in in its security settings first.
• OpenAI’s Codex signs in on your Astruct Computer, a cloud computer used only by your account. Your sign-in stays on that computer. Astruct never reads or stores it.

Chat then runs on your ChatGPT plan’s allowance and uses no Astruct credits. Reading uploaded documents, mail sorting and voice still run on Astruct’s models and use credits.

On your own ChatGPT account, OpenAI’s terms for your plan apply to your chats, including how OpenAI uses data for training. Astruct’s no-training commitment under OpenAI’s business API terms covers work on Astruct credits.

Use Astruct credits

Astruct’s own models, under OpenAI’s business API terms, with no training on your data. Use is metered as credits, shown in Settings > Billing and credits. Beyond the credits included, each credit is AU$1.00, billed monthly.

Advanced: you can add your own OpenAI API key under this option. Chat then runs on your key and OpenAI bills you for it.

Not offered

A Claude subscription cannot be used for Astruct’s work.
