Nothing is sent automatically

Astruct drafts letters, notices and claims for review. Nothing leaves until a person on your team presses Send.

Astruct never sends a letter, notice, claim or email on its own. Nothing leaves until a person on your team presses Send.

Everything it drafts is marked Prepared for review. A person on your team reads it, makes any changes, and sends it through your normal process, whether that is email from Outlook, a document control system or a signed letter.

Why

Notices have legal effect. The person giving one needs to be satisfied it is right, that it goes to the right addresses, and that it is given the way the contract requires.

Keeping the register right

When you have sent a notice, open its issue and choose Mark as sent. The issue moves on, and the time bar is no longer shown as open.

Connected mailboxes

Connecting Outlook lets Astruct read mail. Microsoft lists a permission to send mail on the consent screen so that a person can choose to send from Astruct, but Astruct doesn’t send anything by itself.
