Members and roles
Invite your team, choose each person’s role, and remove people who leave.
Everyone in your organisation shares its projects, according to their role. Open Team in the sidebar to see who is in it. Settings > Members shows the same list.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and who owns the organisation. |
| Admin | Invite and remove people, change roles, set mailbox access, manage connections for the organisation and manage billing. |
| Member | Work on shared projects: ask, search, draft, upload and manage issues. |
| Viewer | Read shared projects without changing them. |
Invite someone
- In Team, enter their work email.
- Choose a role.
- Choose Invite.
They get an email invitation. Until they accept, the invitation is listed under the members, where you can send it again or withdraw it.
Change a role or remove someone
Owners and admins can change a person’s role from the list, or remove them. A person who is removed loses access to the organisation’s projects straight away.
Users
There is no charge per person. Astruct is priced per project, and everyone in your organisation is included. See Projects, users and pricing.
