Where your data is stored
Stored in Australia, access set by your admin, and every connection revocable.
In Australia
Your projects, mail, documents and drafts are stored in Australia, in Sydney. Model requests are processed by OpenAI in the United States. See Privacy and AI models.
Who can see what
- People see the projects of their organisation, according to their role. See Members and roles.
- Mailboxes are private to the person who connected them until an admin gives access. See Mailbox access.
Connections you control
- Each person connects their own mailbox and can disconnect it in Settings > Connections.
- Organisation-wide Microsoft 365 access runs on your administrator’s consent, and they can revoke it at any time. See Admin consent for Microsoft 365.
Your account
Turn on two-step verification in Settings > Security with an authenticator app. You can change your password there too.
