Which models
Astruct uses OpenAI’s API. Your content is sent to the model only to answer a request, and only the parts needed for it.
Where requests are processed
Model requests are processed by OpenAI in the United States, under its business API terms. Your projects, mail, documents and drafts are stored in Australia, in Sydney. See Where your data is stored.
No training on your data
Under those terms, your mail, documents and drafts are not used to train models, by us or by OpenAI.
Nothing leaves without a person
Astruct drafts letters and notices for review. No letter or email leaves until a person on your team presses Send. See Nothing is sent automatically.
