Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Owners and admins manage the subscription.

During the free trial

There is nothing to cancel. The trial needs no card and nothing is charged when it ends. See Your free trial.

Cancelling a company account

1. Open Settings > Billing and credits.
2. Choose Manage billing, then cancel your subscription.
3. Confirm.

Your subscription stops renewing at the end of the period you have paid for.

Your data

Cancelling doesn’t delete your projects straight away. If you want your data deleted, or want a copy first, email info@astruct.io.
