Connecting Box

Not live yet. Request it from its row and Astruct tells you when it is ready to connect.

• How long: A minute to request it.

What Astruct reads

• When it is live: the files in the Box folders you link. Read only.

Request it

1. Open Apps. On the Box row, select Request connection.
2. Say which projects you would use it for, and send it. The row says Requested.
3. Until then, upload what you need from it to the project as files, folders or zips. See the Uploads guide.

When it is working

• The row says Requested until Box is live for your account, then Ready, with Connect.

If something goes wrong

• “Needs more from you” Astruct has asked a question about your request. The line under it, and an email to you, say what is needed. Select Add details on the row to answer.
